Ryan R. Marshall, President and Chief Executive Officer

In September 2016, Ryan R. Marshall was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PulteGroup, Inc., among the nation’s most geographically and product-diverse homebuilders with operations in 26 states. The Company serves all major consumer groups through its family of national brands which include Pulte Homes, Centex, Del Webb, DiVosta Homes and John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods.

Having managed many of the Company’s largest operations during his tenure, Mr. Marshall has a deep understanding of the homebuilding business. Mr. Marshall most recently served as PulteGroup’s President with responsibility for the Company’s homebuilding operations and its marketing and strategy departments. Prior to being named President, Mr. Marshall was Executive Vice President of Homebuilding Operations.

Other previous roles included Area President for the Company’s Southeast Area, Area President for Florida, Division President in both South Florida and Orlando, and Area Vice President of Finance. In those roles, he has managed various financial and operating functions including financial reporting, land acquisition, and strategic market risk and opportunity analysis.

Mr. Marshall received a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from the University of Utah and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Kevin Henry, Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer

Kevin Henry was named Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of PulteGroup, Inc. in June 2023. Mr. Henry oversees the Company’s human resources function.

Mr. Henry joined PulteGroup from BlueLinx Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor of residential and commercial building products, where he was the Chief People Officer. During his career, Mr. Henry served as Chief People Officer at Extended Stay America and held increasingly senior human resource positions at companies such as Snyder-Lance, Inc., Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated, and Nationwide Credit.

Mr. Henry was the recipient of the Urban League of Central Carolinas prestigious Whitney M. Young Jr Leadership Award and was recognized as one of the “2022 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America” by Savoy Magazine. He earned his BS in industrial labor relations from Cornell University.

Matt Koart, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Matt Koart was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PulteGroup, Inc. in May 2023. Mr. Koart is responsible for the Company’s home building operations including construction, sales, marketing, product development and procurement.

Since 2011, Mr. Koart has been President of Koart Residential, Inc., a company he founded that was engaged in all facets of residential real estate acquisition, entitlement, development and construction, including supplying entitled and developed lots to the production homebuilding industry. Prior to founding his own company, he was CEO of Shapell Industries, a California-based diversified real estate company involved in both residential and commercial construction. From 1996 to 2008, Mr. Koart spent 12 years with PulteGroup, advancing through a series of leadership roles serving as a division, region and area president.

Mr. Koart earned both a BS and Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California.

Robert T. O’Shaughnessy, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Robert "Bob" O'Shaughnessy was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in May 2011. Mr. O'Shaughnessy is responsible for the corporate accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, audit, information technology and asset management functions including the mortgage and title companies.

Mr. O'Shaughnessy joined PulteGroup from Penske Automotive Group where he had served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2007. He had held a number of financial roles with increasing responsibility at the firm since 1997, including Senior Vice President and Controller.

Mr. O'Shaughnessy earned a B.S. in accounting from Lehigh University. He began his career in the New York office of Ernst & Young.

Todd Sheldon, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Todd Sheldon is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of PulteGroup, Inc. He is a member of the Company’s senior leadership team and reports directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Ryan Marshall.

Sheldon joins PulteGroup from Atlanta-based Americold, the world’s largest provider of temperature-controlled storage and distribution logistics solutions, where he was executive vice president and general counsel responsible for legal department and administrative functions including real estate, M&A and risk management. During his career, Sheldon served as senior vice president and general counsel for SUPERVALU, one of the nation’s largest food distributors, and vice president and senior legal counsel for Medtronic Spine, a division of Medtronic, Inc. Prior to moving in-house Sheldon practiced corporate and securities law at the Chicago law firms of Chapman & Cutler LLP and Fagel Haber.

Mr. Sheldon earned his B.A. in International Relations from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from DePaul College of Law.

David Beznos, Senior Vice President, Growth and Strategic Partnerships

David Beznos was named Senior Vice President, Growth and Strategic Partnerships in August 2021. Mr. Beznos is responsible for assessing business opportunities and strategies in several critical areas, including single-family rental, new market expansion, off-site manufacturing, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining PulteGroup, he previously worked for the American Land Fund and Lehman Brothers before his most recent role as Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee at Dune Real Estate Partners.

Mr. Beznos earned both his MBA, graduating as a Palmer Scholar, and his BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

James L. Ossowski, Senior Vice President, Finance

James “Jim” Ossowski was named Senior Vice President, Finance in February 2017. Mr. Ossowski oversees all day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the homebuilding operations and is responsible for the asset management, risk management, and financial planning and analysis functions. He has held a number of corporate and field financial roles with increasing responsibility since 2002, including Vice President-Finance and Controller, Vice President-Finance Homebuilding Operations, Area Vice President-Finance, and Director of Corporate Audit.

Mr. Ossowski earned a B.S. in accounting from Oakland University. He began his career in the Detroit office of Arthur Andersen.

Joseph L. Drouin, Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Joseph “Joe” Drouin joined PulteGroup as Vice President and Chief Information Officer in 2013 and is based in Atlanta, GA. In addition to Information Technology, Joe is responsible for the company’s Customer Experience and Innovation initiatives. Joe has more than 20 years of experience leading large, multinational IT organizations; prior to joining PulteGroup, he held the global CIO roles at TRW and Kelly Services. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Tradesmen International, LLC since 2017. Joe has an MBA from Western University in Ontario, Canada and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis.

Kimberly M. Hill, Vice President, Tax and Assistant Secretary

Kimberly “Kim” Hill is Vice President of Tax and Assistant Secretary of PulteGroup, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the Company’s tax reporting, policies and procedures. She is responsible for all corporate tax accounting, planning, legislative and compliance functions. Ms. Hill joined PulteGroup in 2015 after serving as the SVP of Tax for Gentiva Health Services. Prior to Gentiva Health Services, she held a variety of senior management positions with KPMG LLP, AT&T/BellSouth Corporation, and The Athlete’s Foot.

Ms. Hill is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Georgia, and Bachelor of Science degrees from Presbyterian College in Accounting, Political Science, and Business Administration.

D. Bryce Langen, Vice President and Treasurer

Bryce Langen joined PulteGroup in 2013 and oversees the company’s corporate finance effort including mergers & acquisitions and structured land transactions. He was previously a member of the Advisory Committee for strategy and currently participates in the Finance & Investment Committee of the Board of Directors. Langen began his career at Bank of America financing corporate and private ventures across a wide range of industries before becoming Vice President, Real Estate Syndicated Capital Markets and Director, Corporate and Investment Banking where he jointly led the bank’s national homebuilding coverage.

Mr. Langen earned a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University and his MS in Finance from Texas Tech University.

Brien P. O’Meara, Vice President and Controller

Brien O’Meara, PulteGroup Vice President and Controller, has advanced through key financial roles since joining the Company in 2005. He previously served in finance roles at Cooper-Standard Automotive and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brien is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in Michigan and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Lisa Sharp, Vice President, Compliance

Lisa Sharp joined PulteGroup in January 2024 to oversee key compliance initiatives, help ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies, and assist with standardizing human resources processes and procedures. Ms. Sharp joined PulteGroup from Southern Company, where she held roles as Senior Counsel – Employee Relations and most recently as Shared Services Compliance Director. Prior to joining Southern Company, Ms. Sharp was a partner with Balch & Bingham LLP.

Ms. Sharp earned her BS from Auburn University – Montgomery in Justice & Public Safety and her law degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University.

Manish M. Shrivastava, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Manish Shrivastava was named Chief Marketing Officer of PulteGroup in 2014 and oversees the company’s brand management, marketing communications, digital marketing, market intelligence, consumer research, field marketing and interior design teams. Prior to PulteGroup, Shrivastava worked at The Coca-Cola Company, The Home Depot and Procter & Gamble. He received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Biology from The University of South Carolina.

James P. Zeumer, Vice President, Investor Relations

Jim Zeumer joined PulteGroup in 1997 and currently manages the Company’s investor relations functions. He has been recognized as one of the industry’s top IR officers as ranked by Institutional Investor Magazine. Zeumer previously held financial communications positions in PlyGem Industries, ICF Kaiser Engineers and Alcide Corporation. He earned his MBA from The George Washington University and his BS in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
